FreshlyBasket.com is Dehradun’s local online store for fresh fruits and vegetables. We source produce directly from farmers and local markets and deliver it to your doorstep — fresh, fast, and hygienically packed.

2. Which areas in Dehradun do you deliver to?

We currently deliver across most of Dehradun city including Rajpur Road, Sahastradhara, Racecourse, Vasant Vihar, Prem Nagar, Ballupur, GMS Road, Ring Road, nehru Colony, Dalanwala, Clement Town, ISBT, and more. You can confirm delivery availability by entering your PIN code at checkout.

3. What are your delivery timings?

We deliver between 7 AM to 8 PM, 7 days a week. Orders placed before 8 PM are eligible for Next-day delivery (subject to availability).

4. Is there a delivery charge?

Free delivery on orders above ₹199.

A nominal delivery fee of ₹69 applies for smaller orders.

5. Is there a minimum order value?

Yes, the minimum order value is ₹99.

6. What if I receive a damaged or rotten product?

We offer a No-Questions-Asked Replacement policy. Please share a photo of the item within 1 hours of delivery, and we will either replace it or refund the amount.

11. How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a WhatsApp/SMS notification with order updates. You can also contact our customer support to check delivery status.

12. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you can modify or cancel your order up to 1 hour after placing it or before 8PM whichever is earlier. For same-day orders, please act quickly.

13. Do you offer bulk or corporate deliveries?

Yes, we cater to housing societies, hotels, hostels, and offices. For bulk inquiries, contact us directly for custom pricing and delivery slots.

14. Are your fruits and vegetables organic?

We offer both conventional and organic options (based on availability). You can find organic tags/filters on eligible products.

15. How do you ensure freshness?

We procure fresh stock daily and store it in temperature-controlled conditions. Each item is hand-checked before packing.

16. What if an item is missing from my order?

If anything is missing, contact us within 1 hours of delivery. We will refund or deliver the missing item free of charge.
